To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Delivery Options:

Shipping

We ship Priority Shipping with, Royal Mail, EMS, USPS, UPS, FedEx & TNT. Signed For 1st Class Delivery. Fully trackable. No signature is required upon collection.

Delivery Time:

Orders placed by 04:00 pm EDT Monday through Saturday will ship the same day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EDT will ship on the NEXT business day.

Express shipping is same day or overnight (1 day)
Standard delivery is 2 – 3 business days.

Express orders are typically delivered within the above durations at most from the ship date,
However, the delivery dates provided are estimates, and not guaranteed.
All parcels are discreet and secure. (Jiffy bags & Boxes or Envelopes).

All orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed. The majority of orders will be at your doorsteps within 1-3 business days. Please be advised it may take up to 4 business days to remote locations.

Shipping Fee.

  • Standard Shipping is free.
  • There is a chargeable fee of €7 on all orders destined for express delivery.

All parcels are dispatched in secure, discreet, and unbranded packaging.

Lost parcels.

Please contact us if your item has not been delivered within 3 working days, or 5 working days for the rest of the world, Please do well to contact our support center and we will look into it.

NB: Please include your order ID and tracking number in your message to us.

Returns & Replacements

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or shipment that does not meet your expectations, simply notify us so we can arrange an exchange. This will be processed as soon as we have received and checked the incorrect product. Due to the nature of the business, Once your order has left our facility you will not qualify for any refund or return. So please bear in mind that all sales are FINAL. You have from the time of purchase to the time of dispatch to cancel or amend your order. A 10% surcharge will apply to any cancellation.

International Transactions

When purchasing on our site the transaction might be international. As some credit and debit cards are set up for domestic use only, this may result in the payment being declined or charged back. To rectify this issue, We have amended a lot of payment options.

Tracking your order

You can simply track your order from our website directly and get the relevant tracking information or log in to your preferred courier website and track shipment, and view your order status, You will also receive an email, once your package is shipped, detailing the tracking info (if optional). If you need any assistance feel free to contact us. If you don’t receive an email following the order process, please check your Junk Mail folder.

Guaranteed Delivery.

If by any chance, your order hasn’t arrived within 4 business days, you’ll qualify for a free reship. However, if the product has been confiscated by customs, We will offer a reship as we strive to send all orders 100% discreetly.

We do offer interstate and worldwide shipping which is very SAFE-RELIABLE-DISCREET and We give a guarantee that your order will make it through the customs of your country.

NB: For complicated products restricted as per individual state laws.
  • Double Vacuum Seal and Stealth Package on all orders so it can’t be scent detected by canine (dogs) or electronic sniffers,
  • If your shipment does not arrive we can provide you with proof of shipment and you will be compensated but will give no refunds unless it is our error.
  • Stuff is professionally wrapped into an oily plastic, has no smell, no x-ray penetration, and cannot be detected even with the ION scanner. then packaged into a PlayStation or X-box carton so the buyer receives stuff as though receiving a newly ordered game.
  • We also send customized packages (diplomatic sealed ) that evade all customs checks. To avoid crushing, items will come in small packages. Many concentrates such as hash and amber glass can be mailed via a flat envelope. This Envelope will be shipped via mail.
  • We must be alerted within 24 hours from the delivery time if anything is missing from the order, or if a product is defective. We cannot accept any notifications after 24 hours
